Application – Data Science

Application-Data Science lets data scientists using Jupyter Notebook or RStudio to connect to MicroStrategy’s semantic layer in order to both extract and upload data to create unique and powerful insights. The gateway lets Data Scientists import data from reports or cubes, as governed data frames for analysis, model creation, and model automation with R and Python, to use faceted filters to quickly find relevant data, and to export or publish data frames to MicroStrategy as in-memory cubes. Standard Support

A subscription to Standard Technical Support Services provides customers with maintenance support access to Community, Updates, and access to 2 support liaisons via email, portal, or phone. Product Updates are released on a quarterly basis. Platform Updates (major releases of the MicroStrategy Platform) are released annually. Hotfixes and patches are released on an as need basis for urgent security, performance, stability issues and folded into each quarterly update. Additionally, as part of a customer's Technical Support Services subscription, MicroStrategy delivers a pre-determined number of hours of Enterprise Support annually. Premier Support

Premier Support provides 24/7 telephone support for P1/P2 critical issues. Four additional support liaisons (6 total) have access to software updates and may contact support via portal, email, or telephone. A dedicated Enterprise Support Architect (ESA) may provide up to 200 per year of support. The ESA learns details about your environment and use cases and acts as a single escalation point. The ESA provides weekly updates on case statuses and helps develop future plans for upgrades and feature adoption. The ESA also provides best practices recommendations, helps troubleshoot issues, and holds office hours. Premier Support is an add-on offering to Standard Support. Learn More

Elite Support

Elite Support provides 24/7 telephone support for P1/P2 critical issues. Six additional support liaisons (8 total) have access to software updates and may contact support via portal, email, or telephone. A dedicated Enterprise Support Architect (ESA) may provide up to 400 hours per year of support. The ESA learns details about your environment and use cases and acts as a single escalation point. The ESA provides weekly updates on case statuses and helps develop future plans for upgrades and feature adoption. The ESA also provides best practices recommendations, helps troubleshoot issues, and holds office hours. A set of dedicated Support Engineers will process and resolve cases. As part of a customer's Technical Support Services subscription, MicroStrategy delivers up to a pre-determined number of hours of Enterprise Support annually. Additional Enterprise Support or ESA hours can be purchased on an hourly basis (annual commitment, billed quarterly) to perform assessment, advisory, pilot or upgrade engagements. Assessments provide a holistic health check of your platform installation and Intelligence strategy. Advisories examine and provide best practice guidance in 12 Intelligence Program areas to help you optimize how you use and manage the platform. Platform Services provides a multi-disciplinarian team of experts to architect, configure and deploy your Intelligent Enterprise architecture. At your request, experienced consultants will assist you with:
